If you should encounter an Airlink connection issue:
1. Run the Airlink test to ensure it is communicating with Aventa. (
Go to: Edit > Preference > Machine Preferences > Default Programming Interface. Choose Airlink and click on Test.)
2. If the Airlink test fails, exit, re-launch Aventa and repeat the connection process
3. If the Airlink test passes, plug the Airlink into a different USB port on the computer, exit, re-launch Aventa and repeat the connection process.
4. Plug Airlink into a USB hub that may be on hand and experiment with alternate locations and orientations so that the Airlink is closer to the patient and/or vertically oriented.
5. Repeat Step #4 with the Kensington DomeHub 2.0 hub
