Get a business boost: the Kasewurm Series

The business of hearing healthcare is changing.  Consumers can literally go anywhere, even Costco, to purchase hearing aids.  They can pick up some socks and breakfast cereal in bulk, enjoy free samples and get fit with hearing aids all in the same visit.  There are also many opportunities for consumers to purchase hearing aids on the Internet. Insurance companies are cutting reimbursement: eliminating coverage for hearing healthcare services and promoting “discount programs” to their subscribers that reduce profit margins and dictate how we have to conduct business. Not to mention that some manufacturers have increased their presence in the retail market. 

While these observations may cause concern,  I am reminded that with obstacles comes opportunity.  However, to maximize opportunity, you must be prepared and willing to change. If you notice that your bottom line is shrinking but are unsure how to assess the status of your business, this series may be just what you need to give your practice a jump start.  

The multi-event series will be divided into three segments:  assessing your business, growing your business, and managing your business. The classes will concentrate on providing simple tools for you to take your practice to a new level.
